Organizing accessories. If you ride in all weather all year round you’re likely to have several different gloves for different temperatures. You might have knee warmers, leg warmers, arm warmers, arm coolers, warm hats, sun caps, toe covers and on and on. Where do ya put em? In the pas I had them split between two milk crates. But that still forced me to dig and find matching items. The solution was simple.

I stole this idea from a friend (Tim Lutz) racing solo at 24 Nationals in 2012. It’s one of the simplest best ideas I’ve seen for organization. An over the door shoe rack makes a fantastic organizing device. I have all my small accessories and even several rain or wind layers in this. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle. Best of all it was simple and cheap.
